A Black Business Network To Distribute Wealth Is Step One

Lots of my "Business Peers" frowned on #TheBlackFolder because they Asleep AF and think White folks in MLM really wanna build with them; Too FEW do; which is the whole problem; I've always met the 'few' and it was always a pleasure; but problems emerged as the 'relationship' extended further away from me; which is the very nature of MLM.  If you or I hope to earn large residual income checks we must grow a large 'customer base'.  This is why MLM exists in the first place, as it seeks to answer the business question, "What is the fastest way to get 1 Million Customers?"  Would you rather go out and get them by yourself, or would you rather get 100, and find 10 business partners to also get 100 of their own that you 'also' benefit from?

I know that does not add up to A Million, but that's besides the point. You will obviously have More customers if you, and 10 people 'work together' to acquire those customers than you would working alone.  This reality is true in all businesses.  One of our best 'examples' of this can be found on our "Turn 10 into $10,000 Sales Letter" :: which discusses the business network of Microsoft and several others. No one succeeds, in this world 'alone'.

Business Network

Because everybody is raised differently ... and while a small % happened to have been reared correctly; by parents who taught them we are all human beings; Others had a different upbringing. it's just a fact.

So within that 'context' lives a reality that black people MUST build 'networks' together. ... Black Networks ..... Black Distribution Networks - and the 'cost' of building those networks 'cannot' be Expensive; meanwhile -- Members of these networks MUST be exposed to KNOWLEDGE; INFORMATION; EDUCATION - Because that's 'always' what MLM has 'really' been about;

Getting Paid to become better; Getting paid to Learn; to "grow" - to Develop into a business owner focused on changing their communities; beginning first with their homes and local environments; MLM is a "revolutionary business model" - but not all people 'see' it like I do.  That's okay with me, but I'm simply explaining it so we 'both have that understanding.

We have to build 'a black business network' - #BeCarefulWhoYouFollow :: Those who choose not to follow me, Please understand I built the black folder; I understand the Psychological Challenges My people are Facing;

ESPECIALLY When it comes to "Doing business" with one another; or even, adopting an MLM model to create a Distribution network :: Something all Successful people have -- the Main Thing SLAVERY Sought to BREAK in OUR culture; 'bonds' -- Family Bonds ::: understand that when speaking to me about business please. We not all on the same level - unfortunately; that's just how the Game was designed to go; The 'designers' knew what outcomes would be; they built in the variables to manage the Odds ::: Also Unfortunately because the System is designed to train people to 'take offense' if someone dares claim they are "not on the same level' as they are; and I get it; SO often those claims are irrational ... they are.

They are not rooted in anything and so it's easy to confuse it; and Misunderstand; and think I'm talking about an "Inherent difference" -- which is silly; I put my pants on like anybody else does; but I've read a few books others have not read; and 'that' puts me on a different 'level in business' ... "mentally" ... than others ... Don't confuse that.

What I came to realize is, to 'build the team' I need; we all need to be ON that same level; that same page; literally we all gotta read the same books; so we have the same information; and can present a United Front of Knowledgeable Informed people; who Understand OUR people ........ Like really and truly .... Who 'also' Fully understand MLM -- in that it's a MODEL that can be used to FREE our people ... Like, literally .... but some 'levels of Understanding' can only be reached, AFTER one has passed through a Previous Level ....

That's why they make Video games like that folks; You gotta get past ONE boss; before you can SEE a BOSS on another level .............. Visit The Black Folder from #TNGForever

An 'oldie' from a few years back, that speaks to how I see the MLM business model, in today's 5th Wave. We have to focus on the business network, not what product or service we push through it. None of that even matters, without the business network in place.  "Our business partnership cannot be contingent on a company we do not own."

How Cryptocurrency Experts View Bitconnect

How to cryptocurrency experts look at bitconnect compared to other currencies?  This should be a question you are asking yourself if you're contemplating investing.  Intelligent investing always is a benefit to the investor.  I've been looking into whether or not bitconnect is worth my money and time. Most of what I have found from actual experts, is to stay away from bitconnect entirely.  The only people I really see pursuing this one, are those who don't really care who they 'harm' with bad advice!

One of several cryptocurrency experts discusses Bitconnect

While there are at least 300 decent coins in the marketplace, why would you waste your time on Bitconnect?

Granted, this is just one review, and depending on who you listen to in this space you may find a few who'll sign off on the opportunity.  Sometimes, you 'can' make money with a business, but that does not mean you should. Bitconnect is very popular within the MLM community right now. Sadly, as TopnetworkersGroup has been reporting on for some time, people in MLM are not properly preparing themselves for conducting business.

Too many of them are following 'leaders' who Mislead and take advantage of people.  Instead, our aim is to Lead people and work together to take advantage of the abundant Opportunities that await us!  Be sure to Check out "Is Bitconnect A Scam or Not?" - as you'll find a much more in Depth review by yet, another cryptocurrency expert. He says to avoid this one, and goes deeper into reasons why. Ultimately though, it is your money and you can do with it, whatever you like.

Below, is a chart of their business 'model', but at anytime, this one could collapse.

cryptocurrency experts dislike bitconnect

Always listen to experts when you make financial decisions. Most cryptocurreny experts have been investing in the market for at least 2 years. Keep that in mind, while making your Decision.

How Jamie Dimon Of JP Morgan Just Legitimized Bitcoin

With this news of a 'meltdown' by JP Morgan's CEO Jamie Dimon over Bitcoin, we are finally starting to see the old guard crack.  I remind people all the time that The Matrix is my favorite film of all time. Often the way I view MLM differs from my peers. I See MLM as a game changer, and for that reason it has been met with fierce challengers and criticisms.  Some of the criticism is deserved, and the same can be said about Bitcoin. Because we aren't 'just' talking about bitcoin anymore, but an entire space of disruptive technology.

Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan is 'mad' at Bitcoin

The cryptocurrency space cannot (and should not) be ignored. Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan isn't ignoring them... just what does his recent meltdown mean?

Ran across this video from The Wealth Watchman, about the 'real reason' to diss bitcoin - and felt like sharing it with you here as well in case you have not seen this.

The Banks and several of the Old Guard are afraid of bitcoin and what it means. The more you come to understand blockchain technology and the 'open ledger' the more you can appreciate it. They are removing the need for a middle man to verify our transactions with one another. This is immediately taking them out of a position they've held for centuries.

If any of us thought they'd go quietly into the night, we have not been paying attention.

There are still a lot of 'moving parts' as the space continues to grow and evolve. Jamie Dimon is more than likely investing in this himself. We have to be careful when listening to people like this making these kinds of statements. Most likely they want the masses to stay out of the market, so they can buy up more of what's there to buy. Always "follow the money" to understand people's motivations. Clearly his statements expose that he knows the value of this 'new form of currency'.  This is a 'game of thrones', and people will fight to hold on to what they feel, belongs to them.

Honest Review Of From A Steem User

This will be a very honest review of from an actual steem user who isn't all that enthralled with every aspect of it. I'll save that part though because, I don't want the things I dislike to overshadow what I feel is possibly a threat to it's future.  Hold onto your seats for this honest review... starting ... now!

I ran into 'a few months ago', but it was impossible to sign up when I first ran into it. About a month ago, I was finally able to create an account on the network and the timing was great. By the time I got in I knew more about cryptocurrency than I did initially when I backed into the network.  While looking for ways to get paid in cryptocurrency, turned up in my searches.  After I got on and finally began getting familiar with it, I was totally in love with the platform.

That's how I roll though .... I fall in love with brilliant ideas.

I think, that on it's surface that's what is - a brilliant idea in the social networking space. honest review

It's more of a than a Facebook however. is a blogging network and has a very plain set up and your profile is out in the open. There are no privacy settings that would allow you to control who see's your posts. Some of you may view that as a con, and It really can be.  Overall the biggest 'pro' is that it's a great way to 'earn' steem and steem dollars, which are two cryptocurrencies that work together.

So let's get into this Honest Review of - starting with what I like about this platform.

First and foremost, let's discuss what is the biggest 'pro' to - that you can Earn Free Steem.  Simply by sharing content on their platform, you can be rewarded with both steem, and steem dollars (SBD). Both of these have value which 'could' rise in the future.  If your strategy with earning money with cryptocurrencies include buying 'and' holding, earning it for FREE is always great.

There are also No Limits on how much Steem/SBD you can earn on this platform. I think that's great as well because it creates a real opportunity for anyone here. There are also daily payouts if you're posting content daily. It takes about a week for the payouts to start, but if you're consistent you will also be paid consistently.  Another positive aspect of steemit which I really like is it's pretty simple to Withdraw money to an outside wallet.

Now, for some of you who are BRAND NEW to cryptocurrency may have NO IDEA what I'm talking about right now, and that's ok.

As you become more familiar with this new way of using currency, you'll learn how important it is to have wallets, that you can move your coins in and out of.  There is also a lot to learn about privacy, and security as well.  So while this review is just about 'earning cryptocurrency', please be sure to continue learning about every aspect of this new emerging marketplace.

With that, let's get into the things I don' tlike about Steemit, which possibly could harm the future value of this currency.

The value of a cryptocurrency is determined by it's purpose, and just how much support it has.

That won't be any different for Steemit either. The value of Steem and SBD have hovered around $1 to $2.  The All time high for Steem to date is just under $3 .... when we compare that to other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (currently over $2,000, but has been as high as $3,000) or Ethereum (currently over $190 which touched $400 briefly) you'll start to see the potential. Could Steem ever be worth $10  or $100??

Sure it can, if the people on don't ruin it first.

Downvoting on Steemit is a major CON for the platform because, people suck.

People are imperfect and bring their imperfections with them online.   This is why allowing 'downvoting' on steemit is a bad idea and hopefully this ability gets removed. The other change that would improve Steemit is to show who is downvoting your posts.  It shows who votes your posts up, but hides who's downvoting them. Why does this matter?

The way you earn steem is through people voting your content up.    The amount of steem you earn is based on who voted for your stuff, as some people have more 'voting power' than others. This voting power is based largely on how much Steem a person holds.   If you have no steem, you can always buy some steem off an exchange, or use shapeshift to send steem to your 'steem wallet' on

It would seem that this would be a very good thing, but if a person has enough money they can simply buy a lot of steem and use their voting power to silence other people.

They can impact the earnings of other users on Steem, and all that will do is cause them to go elsewhere.  There are other social networks that are emerging; like Ong.Social - which could turn out to be the Next Facebook (or the next TSU) could easily go the way of TSU as well, if they don't change the ability of users to impact what other users earn in a negative light. Once the money has been rewarded to someone.... there should be no mechanism that allows them to lose that money, unless their content was plagiarized. cannot survive if they are content to allow their social networking platform to be a popularity contest.

This is a great video, and to no fault of the person in the video, proves my entire point.

I commented saying that frankly, the reason she's making all that money on Steemit is, she is white.  Racism is a reality in our world, and is very much a problem online.  On a social networking platform where earnings are based on votes it leaves too much room for human error. Now, instead of content earning money based purely on views.... now it's tied to who likes who.

So a white woman can make a simple post, and earn over $540 on the first go. Meanwhile the rest of us are stuck not earning, or worse ,having our content downvoted.

Here's some Evidence of what I mean.

I wrote a article, sharing content about Chamillionaire, a former rapper who is now a Venture Capitalist.

It's a great example of how blacks who are often used to prop up other ethnic groups are now turning the tables. They're venturing into business, and instead of inspiring young blacks to grow up and be gangsters, they're now inspiring them to be business people.  However, on a platform filled with white supremacists, pro-kek minions and alt-right supporters, that's not an article that'll get a lot of votes. In fact, it started out getting some decent earnings .... (.15 ...) and started to drop. someone was downvoting my article and I can't see who!

Good To See Stories Like This; ChaMILLIONAIRE news

(my comment :: which you'll see documents, yet another drop in earnings on this article - )

This left me wondering just how many other articles of mine, have been downvoted.

For example, this also started out much higher but the earnings have come down since :::

Excellent Breakdown: What Is Cryptocurrency

This one features a blonde doing a review on what cryptocurrency is.  I'm sure that helped garner a few votes, but it's sad commentary for society. Why does race matter so much to so many people and why do they keep ruining things with their hate for anyone who isn't white?

Bigger question, when will they realize that they're not using an established platform that can withstand the bias that's clearly being allowed?  If we could block people from viewing our content and determine who our audience is it would go a long way. Removing the ability to impact people's earnings will only help the platform.

The entire point of using cryptocurrency is to get 'away' from control of oppressive governments. is set itself up to be it's own oppressive government, by allowing downvoting; I'm okay with tying earnings to votes so long as it helps a person on Steemit earn money.

When people can use that power to harm users, it'll harm the currency as well.

TopNetworkersGroup Blogging Network – Discussing Web Domination

Lots of thought has gone into what I'll be calling the TNG Blogging Network (for short). It's going to be nothing short of powerful though, and you'll want to participate. Over the last few years I've personally participated in an 'internet revolution' within the network marketing industry. After LevelOneNetwork went out of business, I had to think about what I wanted to do. I learned so much and was personally benefiting from applying SEO to my blogging. The free traffic I generate from blogging, is something I had hoped all my business partners would want as well.

However, that has not been the case!

The convergence of pure internet marketing methods, with network marketing began to happen at fever pitch.  I'd say right now several are still feeling the after affects, as there seems to be a split.

You have people who want to blog and participate in a Blogging Network

For the most part, the people who are curently working with 'big name' blogging network based programs enjoy being there for the compensation plan. A very small percentage are there because they truly understand the 'benefits' that come from being in a blogging network. Sadly, several networks aren't even 'set up' properly to create the kind of search engine juice that these blogs need. Together Everyone Achieves More; teamwork, makes the dreamwork in every scenario. The same is true for blogging.

ESPN & HuffingtonPost are both examples of a blogging network. The people writing on that site are all getting mass exposure, and if they have blogs of their own, those are also getting traffic. The problem too many network marketers have, is they approach business from the S-quadrant; they have a Self-Employed mentality, instead of a Business Owner mentality.

Then you have the people who simply do Not want to blog, and I totally get why that is.

What is the point of writing if no one is going to see it?

blogging network increases visibility

That's where the average network marketer is today. This is usually the same reasoning that networkers use to not post on social media too. They figure, no one is going to see what they are posting.  It's simply a misunderstanding of life. People are always watching you, even if they don't tell you what they saw. Folks aren't always going to share their thoughts with you either. So it's less important for you to focus on the 'feedback' you feel that you're getting and instead, continue to work.

Continue to use social media to share thoughts, ideas, opinions that help you build relationships with others. Eventually you and those people might end up making money together in a business opportunity! That's how these things go. However, if you're even more proactive, being part of a blogging network will increase your 'exposure' to other people. If you add another skill set, which is understanding SEO and using it to your benefit, you 'and' the blogging network will dominate the web.

Because, just as the flagship blog for TNG is called "It's All of It" - blogging alone won't be enough.

Joining a blogging network, alone, won't be enough.

Blogging every day, really and truly is not enough if you don't 'also' have an understanding of how SEO works. You've got to know what a backlink is, and isn't.  So, ultimately we're back to a conversation on mindset. If your thinking is stinking it's going to hold you back. Don't let doubts, or hard headedness keep you broke!

Below, is my case for why You'll want to be part of the TNG Blogging Network.

Not only that, but how learning and applying SEO to your efforts will increase your results. A rising tide lifts all ships, and if you're part of our blogging network fleet, who knows what we will accomplish together. Actually, we already know what we'll accomplish. Complete, Web domination.

Refusing To Be Pawns In The Game

For far too long, black people have been Pawns in the Game.

Nick Cannon, Steph Curry, and several others as of late have been openly refusing to be pawns in the game. That is, perhaps the best description of our predicament in this society as black people. Once again, we address these topics head on hear on this platform, and thank you for dropping in. This conversation does not 'really' require you to fully understand the game of chess, however that would help! That way, when I am talking about pawns in the game it won't be a foreign concept to you.

Pawns have limited 'powers' in the game of chess. In fact, as far as game board pieces go, the pawn is one of the least powerful, across all spectrum.  Whether we are talking about chess or Monopoly, pawns in the game are not the piece you'd aspire to be, if you could decide!

refuse to be pawns in the game

Now that I've covered that 'brief summary' of how low this game board piece ranks we can get INTO the meat!  It's important to come to cope with the fact that black people have been used As pawns in the game of capitalism for quite some time.  We are absolutely in a 'real life Monopoly game' where some people are born, with a clear advantage over others. Monopoly isn't Chess though. Both games have so many lessons for us to grasp though. That's one of the main reasons that this awesome production Why Poverty Park Avenue is playing at The Black Folder.

This shows how the oppression of the black community has created poverty - which also creates wealth for the oppressors.

The game, that so many of us are 'born into' ... this Matrix aka the Prison for our Minds, is already well in motion by the time you and I were born.  Several games have been played. There have been several matches. So many seasons have gone by. Most of us are coming in to this after so much has already been done. So, it's important not to be too emotional about the fact that we (the black community) are pawns in the game. That's the role we've been 'allowed' to play, for so long, and truly the entire 'Civil Rights Movement' was all about allowing us more access! It was a plea, a cry, from black leaders to allow black people, to simply live. It's sad that this was even the case, but it was. It is a reality that others often try to overlook. They dismiss the damage this did, and continues to do. In spite of it all, we the black community, are left to deal with it.

Take a moment to understand what was stated here - Black Economics with Malcolm X - (How Much Has Changed?)

50 years ago, Malcolm spoke to us specifically, about how we are Pawns in the game. Economically and Politically as well, because we refuse to stick together. Let me repeat that. We refuse to stick together. Even within the MLM Space, that we specialize in. While working in this space, I have unfortunately met far too many black business people, who don't want to do business solely with black people. I don't either. However, I do believe that an Aspect of my business dealings SHOULD focus ON black business people working TOGETHER to benefit one another.

If we don't, then how will we ever succeed?

How will black people ever truly RISE out of the position we've been PUT in, if we don't change 'how we move' on the board?

We need to quit moving 'as pawns', and begin to educate ourselves about OTHER pieces on the board. We need to move like Bishops, like Knights, Like Rooks ; Like Kings and Queens.

But that's a discussion for another time; and also is a conversation we've been having with you for quite some time.

Get started with our Team today!  Start using the 1mlmsystem to build a team Build an income and set a foundation for a solid financial future.

Starting out as Pawns in the Game does not mean we have to remain pawns in the game. We are starting to see that with these examples from Nick Cannon, Steph Curry and others. Steph Curry spoke out about Under Armour's support of the current Presidential administration, and using HIS platform people started to impact the pocketbook of Under Armour. More recently, Nick Cannon told a joke in a stand up show, that NBC (His boss for America's Got Talent) didn't like. They made threats for him to retract the joke, but Nick decided to stick by his principles. He decided that it's okay if NBC decides to cast him aside, he will fall back on the network he has built, with others in his industry network.

He realized, there's no need for him to continue be used, as pawns in the game. You need to realize that too!

The Black Leadership Council

Saw a post on social media that sparked a conversation, about The Black Leadership Council.

I actually came up with that name, but not this concept. I can't even take full credit for the 'people' selected to at least, get us started. Organization Matters so much especially in times like these. Some of my favorite 'sayings' on the internet include that we are an unorganized truth fighting an organized lie. That's exactly why the initial image I saw was inspirational, at first.

The names included Professor Griff, Dr. Boyce Watkins, Tariq Nasheed, Dr. Umar Johnson & Brother Polight.

Now is the time for #unity

A photo posted by @kingsteamceo on

If these names are unfamiliar with you, then you are probably not 'following' the conscious community right now. You're also not watching the archive of videos at #TheBlackFolder as Dr. Boyce Watkins is featured on quite a few. (Black Choices & Wealthy Agendas) These are a good start, as the original image suggested. I still remember something that Magic Johnson said at one of Tavis Smiley's 'State of the Black Union' meetings. He said we have too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

A black leadership council makes much more sense.

Due to all the things we have been through as a people, it's unrealistic to expect all of us to 'follow' One person. Especially since we do indeed, have so many chiefs. We have so many people that want to be that NEXT black leader to uplift the community, that unfortunately at times they bump heads. That in my estimation explains some of the 'beef' that broke out between Dr. Umar Johnson and Dr. Boyce Watkins earlier in the year, over comments made about the all boys school Johnson's been talking about building.

All of that aside, several of these men are controversial in the views that they have. While the purpose of the black leadership council would be to bring us all together. We are divided enough as it is, already. So while the first list of suggestions are indeed, a 'great start' ... what about this list?

The Black Leadership Council

If YOU have other suggestions, feel free to leave them in the Comments below.

OR simply use Hashtag #TheBlackLeadershipCouncil on IG or Twitter; we'll do an update in the future if people decide to nominate their own, Black Leadership Council members. Imagine, if they were able to work together what a message that would send to the rest of us, about how important for us to be working together.

John Oliver Brings MLM Into the Spotlight

It is fair to say that John Oliver just brought MLM Into the Spotlight on his show Last Week Tonight.

I wrote about it as soon as I could and even put some of my initial thoughts on Video, after seeing the show as it's actually one of my favorites. John Oliver absolutely ripped the industry a new arse, and I cannot say it wasn't well deserved. I've been blogging, and vlogging, and talking with people about the issues our industry has for several years now. It is very unfortunate that this is 'how' John chose to bring MLM Into the Spotlight, but I understand his motives.

People are being 'harmed' by the industry, that has gotten too big to be this unregulated. That's not what we want though. Already the FTC has made statements as recently as last week, regarding new rules that are coming. This means that more companies are going to fall under scrutiny, and it's quite possible that several companies WILL Be shut down in 2017.

Throwing MLM Into the spotlight in such a negative way is bringing out all of the people who've never made money in network marketing. This group especially includes people who never read a book on the industry, or went to any training. I was listening to people give testimonies of losing several thousands of dollars in Herbalife. To be honest, they were foolish to spend that much money in the first place. Each MLM company has a website where people can and should READ about the company they are joining.

That way, some one in the company cannot just tell you to do something and you do it, because they said so.

While bringing MLM Into the Spotlight, the Employee Mentality is still in the darkness.

That kind of mentality (of doing what others tell you to do) comes from being an Employee. As an Employee, you will NEVER reach the TOP of your place of employment. Your job, is the Real Pyramid Scheme where the people at the top make all the money, and you simply get shat upon.

The Real Pyramid Scheme is Your Job

The 'cleaner version' -  of the 'above photo' is below. I like both though as it shows you the reality of the world we live in. The pyramid structure isn't the problem. There are other problems that need to be addressed and for those of us within network marketing, we are the ones who should be addressing them. We want big name people bringing MLM into the spotlight but, not like this!

Again, THIS is the real pyramid. The structure you are seeing is what keeps 1% of our nation Wealthy, while the 99% are struggling to get by. For some reason we are okay with this as we continue to consume products from companies that use this Old Corporate model. MOST of the money we spend goes to the TOP; and not to the Employees. Your average MLM company is not generating the kind of Sales that let's say, Nike generates. So what is the 'real pyramid scheme' again??

MLM Into the Spotlight real pyramid scheme #thisisapyramidscheme - Your job, and the way corporate America keeps us all financially enslaved

Corporate America has us Enslaved.

The truth is, that MLM is a way to change our entire system but several people running these companies are greedy. They are not thinking about the people in the field.  This mentality has unfortunately duplicated itself into the top earners, who also do not care about the people in the field. This has resulted in an industry that is out of control.  It is almost no longer following the fundamentals that helped this way of making money become as popular as it is today.

Still, not enough people are making money. With too many companies it divides our industry, and weakens our position as networkers. We cannot demand companies pay us more money, when our networks are constantly breaking apart.

Through our One MLM system To rule them all; we are training OUR team to approach network marketing better. We are showing our team a way to truly change HOW we earn income, and actually work towards a future where WE are being paid MORE by the companies we represent.

The MLM business model is not a pyramid scheme.

However, any schemer or scammer can use any business model to get 'over' on people who refuse to Educate themselves.

So in all your 'getting' - GET an education on network marketing.

Start with our MLM Bookstore.  Pick up and read ALL of these books, before you call this industry a Pyramid Scheme.

Keep in mind, John Oliver is a comedian. Those were jokes.....

Why Systems Matter: Where WakeUpnow and MCA Leaders went Wrong

Let's talk about why systems matter for a few moments.

Way back in maybe, 2012 or so the network marketing industry was seeing a 'rise' of a new leadership team through the MCA opportunity. This is the roadside assistance income-based opportunity through TVCMatrix - that has been around for over 26 years; as a marketing arm for the 83+ year old company (MCA). That was a mouthful. But it's important to understand that distinction as well.

MCA Chose 'network marketing' to build their customer bases, after decades in business.

The TVCMatrix was their system, basically. It's an early introduction to why systems matter. They've always mattered in business. Robert Kiyosaki famously breaks this down in his book the Cashflow Quadrant (available at our 1mlmsystem bookstore). Business Owners (in the B quadrant) use systems. Systems matter because they provide leverage. For MCA, this allowed them to get rid of customer sales reps, and save money paying employees commissions to man the phones, or comb the yellow pages. Now, using a 'marketing arm' that pays based on performance, MCA has been able to continue doing business, in a pretty challenging marketplace, dominated by Automobile Club.

This is not about MCA though. It's about why Systems Matter. This is about a young team that 'rose up' primarily through the income opportunity provided by MCA. They leveraged a pretty massive team that they built in 'one opportunity' for, WakeUpNow. In other words ... they spent about a year building a pretty big 'network' in one company; then moved them over to another.

This is very common, and it's unfortunately what has harmed far too many network marketers.

This is why systems matter.

(Something similar happened with the UOP Leaders as well; when they were terminated from one opportunity, then asked their network to follow them into TLC - and what's crazy is UOP 'has systems' but, they were not set up Like OUR System; which keeps the 'future' in mind; and keeps the best interests of The Group in mind, at all times.)

I ran across a 'post' on IG ....

Lessons to be Learned (Why Systems Matter)

  • This is very important because it illustrates an important point. "Some" of the people who followed their MCA leaders into WakeUpNow decided to hang onto their MCA business. This was very smart for all who did. As we all know, WakeUpNow is No longer in business. This IG post is from 2014 - 2 years later MCA is still rocking; WakeUpNow is has almost been forgotten.
  • Leaders of WakeUpNow got sucked into the concept of 'going all in for A company'. They split their 'ties' with MCA.
  • Having no 'real system' in place to keep their MCA downline together, turned problematic when they 'added Wakeupnow' to the plate. Distributors (broke up their networks) leaving their MCA Sponsor's. No System was in place to keep the network aligned.
  • WakeUpNow crashed and burned; Smart marketers like this one are 'probably' Still earning money from MCA to this day; While those who put all their eggs into the WUN-basket; are mad at their shopping carts; because they got stuck with a lot of Thunder ....

I'm not throwing jabs.

I'm talking real business. When we set up our One MLM System 'to rule them all" at - and launched in 2012, I had already been through these things before. I know what happens when teams 'add' opportunities and do not make sure to keep the 'network' together. I know that too many times, people become Top income earners in the industry, only to end up No longer at the top when 'something changes' .....

We have to make our incomes MORE stable.

Our system is that solution. We put the focus on the industries and not on the companies. Our 1mlmsystem is designed to build a stable income for all who work with us.

We are just looking for the right people to help LEAD our team.

Are you 'The One' we are looking for?

I guess we'll find out.
